However, my friend's wife got a degree to be a Nurse Anesthetist and got offered a Buck Twenty before she even graduated...so I'm thinking that a degree in the Medical field might be a smart, recession-proof choice...especially with all the "Boomers" continuing to age!

That's well known that cash makes us disembarrass. But how to act if one does not have money? The only one way is to try to get the mortgage loans and just consolidation loan.
